B19: Signed Arithmetic Proposal
Tom's preliminary proposal (sent by e-mail) was accepted as is.
Action Item: Tom will now start work on an official proposal to
specifically change and add sections to the IEEE Verilog LRM
B23: Constant Functions
We would like Karen's input on this subject before approval within the BTF
Constant functions: The BTF recommends the inclusion of constant functions
to the Verilog language.
Issue: BNF needs to be updated
Issue: cross-module references.
B03: File I/O
Mac will contact Stu Sutherland on %t issues related to file I/O
B26: Indexing memory elements
Action Item: Cliff to write up the example discussed on the phone to comply
with proposed enhancements B01 and B26.
Kurt and Mac believe B01 implies the need for B26.
Action Item: Anders to re-send B26
Need to re-look at B02 to make sure that B26 covers bit-select and
part-select of multidimensional arrays.

B01: Generate
Action Item: Kurt will provide more generate examples (such as a booth
decoder).
