1--Embedded spaces are illegal.
It is not clear what this note applies to. It could apply to the
definitions of unary_operator, binary_operator, unsigned_number,
decimal_base, binary_base, octal_base, and hex_base. Perhaps it also
applies to decimal_number, real_number, and name_of_system_function?
