Dear Behavioral Task Force Members,

Thank you to all who attended today's behavioral task force conference
call. We made a lot of progress on the top 5 proposals. Cliff will summarize
that in a separate email.

We also decided to have another conference call, between the next two 1364
working group meetings, on September 11 for the behavioral task force.
