The syntax for net_declaration is
net_declaration ::= ...
| net_type [vectored|scalared] [drive_strengh] [range] [delay3]
list_of_net_decl_assignments ;
In section 6.1 the syntax for net_declaration is duplicated, except that the
last line reads:
| net_type [vectored|scalared] [drive_strengh] [range] [delay3]
list_of_net_assignments ;
That is, list_of_net_decl_assignments became list_of_net_assignments. Using
Annex A as the referee, I conclude that the definition in 3.2.1 is correct
and that in 6.1 is incorrect.
There also is no definition of net_decl_assignment in the text, only in
Annex A. I suspect that the definition of net_decl_assignment was truncated
from the syntax box in 3.2.1.
