Errors found in the Verilog LRM (IEEE 1364-1995).
Details:
The first sentence in 12.2 implies a parent-child relationship is
necessary to override parameter values. 12.2.2 says defparam statements can
change parameter values anywhere in the design. The first sentence in 12.2
should be dropped.
