Errors found in the Verilog LRM (IEEE 1364-1995).
Details:
Section 6.1 states that a continuous assignment shall occur
whenever the value of the right-hand side changes. Section 6.1.2 second
paragraph states that the assignment occurs whenever an operand on the right-
hand side changes. Suggest the second sentance of the second paragraph be
changed to: "This means that whenever an operand in the right-hand side
expression changes value, the whole right-hand side shall be evaluated and if
the new value is different from the previous value then the new value shall be
assigned to the left-hand side."
