I apologize if my message last night had any appearance of flames coming
out of it. I guess I wrote it in too much of a hurry. I only meant to say
that the PLI task force really needs to see some final proposals long
before the May meeting in order for us to stay on track (or at least in
sight of the tracks). We will be meeting as a PLI task force twice during
IVC week, and the more details we have, the more progress we can make.
Again speaking just for my self, but if the BTF can get final proposals out
this week, and requests a vote at next weeks meeting, I'll do my best to
review them and be ready to vote. If they are too complex to review on
short notice, then I would simply ask for more time.
