Sounds like a useful proposal. One could put this in each file that they
intend to have a specific timescale.

I think it would still be a useful idea to define a default timescale.
You know, since everything else has a specified default, why not this?

I take it this is in a filelist. Too bad it doesn't translate to the command line.
Sounds like we should talk about what is allowed in a filelist. But I do like
this ability (or something similar to it.)
Also, I note you wrote 'lib.a'. You are saying a directory called '...lib.a'
