Subject: file/line directive

It may be late but here is another request for Verilog extension. I
would like to add the directive `file. E.g.

`file myfile 156

Subject: Enhancement to BTF - B3 Writing binary data.

Good morning:

Just so this doesn't get lost, I would like to propose a method to write
binary data out to a file. By binary data, I mean writing the actual value
of the data to the file instead of the value converted to an ASCII representation.

Subject: Enhancement request: Specification of sized constants

Good morning:

I am including the BNF and text changes for consideration of this enhancement.

Motivation:
Currently the only acceptable way to define the size of a constant is with
a constant number, or a preprocessor substitution. Allowing parameters would
at least bring numbers to the abilities of ports and other sized data types.

Subject: Transport delay for events

It would be helpful to trigger events using transport delay. With nonblocking
assignments, you can get this effect, but events are a little cleaner
when they are used.

Subject: One more enhancement addition for BTF - B3 "Add swrite"

Good morning:

With the addition of extra capabilities for reading data and writing data, I though
that the only thing one can't do is getting a formatted string.

I would like to propose an enhancement with BTF - B3, adding capabilities
of sprintf(), I.e. accessing the text formatting capabilities of $display
or $write to return the formatted text to a variable instead of to a file handle.

Subject: Compiler directives ( timescale)

Good morning:

After investigating `timescale functionality I am wondering if this functionality
is adequate for applications like coreware and IP modules.
