These are the changes I have marked down in the proposal that was passed
on the March 10 meeting.
Section 14.2.3 under the heading "Reading a line at a time":
Remove the sentence "The string is terminated with a null character"
from the first paragraph.
Section 14.2.4 under the "code = $rewind(fd);" heading:
In the first paragraph remove the following from the last sentence
"SEET_SET,SEEK_CUR, or SEEK_END (having numeric values"
In the following lines replace SEEK_SET with "0",
SEEK_CUR with "1" and SEEK_END with "2"
