"libraries" multiply named elements

<p>If we get back to configuration discussions, I would like to
present another request for functionality in the configuration
enhancement.

I would like some way to represent a single model (module) as
several names. Either this can be part of a configuration, or
embedded within the module declaration. E.g.

module a,b,c;
...

Declares a module with three different names "a", "b", and "c".

This would allow one to combine structures with different
physical capabilities but the same functional model.
