    entire BTF. I am posting these responses to the entire BTF just to make
    sure I "got it right!"

    I believe array of instances are unchanged (still included in the spec) and
    there is no intention of removing them from the spec. Cadence has
    implemented arrays of instance. I hope the other vendors and synthesis
    vendors follow suit.

    Hierarchical references will include non-escaped square brackets.
