Please note that my old cliffc@europa.com is now obsolete. Please make sure
you are sending e-mail to cliffc@sunburst-design.com

What is your availability for upcoming conference calls and a possible
meeting at the IHDL conference? We need to wrap up work on configurations,
other BTF items plus last minute enhancement requests.

Please respond concerning your availability on the following dates for
conference calls:
either Monday or Tuesday, March 15 or 16 at 9 or 10 AM.
another call Friday, March 19th or sometime during the following week
(which days are good for you).

How many of you plan to attend IHDL? Are any of you planning to attend any
of the tutorial sessions? If most are planning to skip the tutorials, we
could plan to meet at the Westin either Tuesday morning or Tuesday
afternoon (depending on whether there is going to be a VSG meeting or not).
I suggest we meet in the lounge area on the second floor near the elevator
landing (we could just occupy some of the couches on the second floor).

Anders asked for clarification concerning Draft 2 chapter review
assignments. Maq Mannan asked us to review Draft 2 with no additional
detail concerning the review process. I would like to ask all responsible
BTF members to review their assigned sections as follows (please complete
reviews by Friday, March 19th):

1 - Download the Draft 2 PDF file from the www.ovi.org (Draft & Standards)
webpage.

2 - search through the enhancements and errata that we have already passed
as outlined on the http://www.ovi.org/ieee-1364 website. Find all
enhancements and errata that apply to your sections and make sure that the
wording in draft 2 matches what we have passed in the BTF.

3 - please simulate every new or changed example in your assigned sections.
The easiest way to do this is to open the PDF document and use the PDF text
selection tool (next to the zoom-in magnifying glass) to copy the example
into another file, then run a Verilog simulation on the example.

4 - Read your entire section, paying particular attention to changed sections.

5 - Time permitting, read other sections of Draft 2 and give feedback to
the responsible section leads. If anyone anticipates any difficulty
completing the review of their sections, please let me know. I have
received e-mail from Karen stating that she is back from Maternity leave
and is willing to help.
