Okay, here's a style question.
When referring to to another section of the draft, what does one say?
"section X.Y"
"X.y"
These are the two prevalent methods. Also what are the boxes with
BNF fragments called - 'Syntax boxes'? Should we say "see syntax box X.Y"
or what?
