I just spoke with Dave Wicker of Lattice and answered some Verilog
questions that he had. I pointed Dave to the BTF enhancements page on the
www.ovi.org web page, enhancement B03 on Verilog File I/O.

I also mentioned that trigonometric function enhancements were not likely
to pass at this time. Dave asked about standardization of PLI commands to
insure that if he wrote trigonometric functions that they would work for
all Verilog simulators. I referred Dave to Stu Sutherland and Stu's book on
PLI and Dave seemed to be satisfied with the response.

Dave now has Verilog contacts and knows where to go to look for Verilog
related information.

Regards - Cliff
