Good morning;
I noticed while reading the index (looks better) that %l as
defined in table 17.2 is not defined to have functionality.
However section 13.6 "Displaying library binding information", defines
the functionality of the format specifier %l to expand to the library
and cell values as "library.cell".

The formatting specification %l (or %L) is defined for displaying
the library information of the specific module. This information
shall be displayed as "library.cell" corresponding to the library
name the current module instance was extracted from and the cell
name of the current module instance. See section 13 for information
on libraries and configuring designs.
<p>Proposed change:
Add definition of %l with rest of format specifiers. Functionality is
not
new, only proposed paragraph text.
