I just had the chance to try a couple of things in the BNF. I used the
draft 4 BNF and added attributes as optional prefixes to statements,
function_statements, and the _or_null versions of them. I also removed
attributes from the always, initial, seq_block, par_block, and if/else
statements. All of this results in a grammar which does not include
any extra ambiguities over what was in draft 4.
