What I meant was, that even after the btf was created, there were emails which were
relevant to the btf scope of activity, but were sent to the 1364 core team instead of the btf reflector.

It will be a tremendous amount of work.
If there were a way to make a document comparison (e.g., in FrameMaker)
between 1364-1995 and 1364-2001 or mark up 1364-2001 with change bars,
it would be a great benefit, even if only for our internal use.
