Synopsys has declared support to defparam with their new presto HDL
reader. I have not tested it to determine if it really works and what
limitations it might have (if it does work) such as location of the
defparam relative to the the file with the parameter being modified.
(I tried to look up the presto documentation off the web but was
unable to find any details regarding defparam limitations.)
