That is the workaround that Synopsys suggested - one that
as you see, is not acceptable.

That is why I can't believe that Synopsys doesn't have an
equivalent of +incdir+.

I'm glad that configurations now has better support for include
directories, rather than look like an afterthought of a plusarg.
Hopefully the simulators will implement configurations properly
enough to use them without requiring one for one simulator and
old arguments for another, etc.
