I have no problem in putting it on multiple sites, but why not use the
official eda.org web site? I see that 1364 does not have a home page there
(it used to, i guess, at www.ovi.org/ieee-1364, which no longer exists) but
one could easily be created, such as http://www.eda.org/ieee1364). All the
other WGs have home pages here.

Or you can just fix the link on eda.org to point to whoever's web address we
put it on.
