Section 7.6 of the 2001 LRM states:
7.6 Bidirectional pass switches
The bidirectional pass switches shall not delay signals propagating
through them. ...
The delay specifications for tranif1, tranif0, rtranif1, and rtranif0
devices shall be zero, one, or two delays. ...
First it says that there is no delay. Then the next paragraph goes into a
discussion of delays. How can the switches not delay signals if delays are
specified?
