    Thanks for the assist on making this download easy Stefen.

    The archive now available contains the shared libraries, a README
    explaining how to use them, and a brief example of the donated
    constraints and randomization system tasks. They have been tested on
    Solaris 7, Solaris 8, HP-UX 11, HP-UX 11i, and Red Hat 7.2 with ncsim.

    Due to Cadence (justified) paranoia about R&D having access to
    competitors tools we have not had the opportunity to test these with
    other simulators. If others provide information on how to link them with
    other tools I will be glad to add it to the README provided.
