The latest reference implementation of the randomization
and constraints proposal can be downloaded from the
Cadence ftp site as follows:
1) ftp to ftp.cadence.com
2) Login as an anonymous user
3) cd ieee
4) set binary mode (bin)
5) get vrandom.tar.gz
Due to Cadence security policy this is a blind ftp drop so you can not
see the filename before you download it. Simply use the filename above.
The file size is about 2.6Mbytes
It contains libraries for HPUX, Solaris, X86 Linux, and IBM
AIX; a readme explaining how to run it, and several examples.
