Database access now working from web...

    Hi everyone,

    I've just finished getting all the web access to the
    database working again. I've run out of time to make
    all the updates, but I believe Shalom should have
    sufficient privileges to update even the fix fields
    in the database.

    Let me know if there are any problems.
