    Add a glossary section which would include the technical terms used throughout
    the LRM.
    Such a glossary could also point to the section of the LRM which defines that
    term.

    This would be a basis for consistency and non-duplication of terminology.

    Starting points for building a glossary could be section and subsection titles,
    italicized terms, BNF terms, figure/table/syntax titles, index entries.
