BTF email vote on EGG documents

    This is a reminder to review the documents produced by the Extensions
    Guidelines Group, and vote on them. As we agreed, we need to take care
    of this before the VSG meeting. Then if they are approved by the BTF,
    we can take them to the VSG.

    Kathy has assured me that she will be sending out the latest drafts of
    the documents again shortly, to ensure everyone has the latest versions
    and in case anyone has misplaced theirs.
