New reflectors

    Hi all,

    I've added the new reflectors... They are lst0tf through lst9tf
    but will have meaningful email aliases for general use. Two
    have already been allocated:

    Official
      Name Alias Subgroup
    lst0tf btf-dtype@boyd.com Datatype
    lst1tf btf-ip@boyd.com IP Encryption

    Let me or the subgroup chairs (Kathy McKinley or
    Steven Dovich) know of your desire to join
    one of these lists. For anyone versed in majordomo,
    you can add yourself.

    There was some discussion of having a special join
    where you would get on ALL btf subgroup lists - present
    and future. If you want to be on such a list, let
    me know. The only difference would be that you join
    once rather than join individual lists when they are
    created.
