    ----------------

    It is the case that the IEEE 1364 Working Group is constituted to be
    an association of Individuals, so in truth groups like Accellera or
    Cadence have no standing. Each person is viewed as representing
    themself.

    So in asking for representatives of the PSL committee to attend a 1364
    meeting, let me clarify that I was not seeking these individuals to
    express a position statement of the PSL committee, or of Accellera;
    but rather to severally represent their individual opinions. I asked
    this question of this list as it has a high concentration of people
    who are users, implementors or otherwise knowledgable of PSL.
