    Since some of the proposed enhancements to the LRM are mainly in the editorial
    area,
    I propose formation of an Editorial Task Force or Group in parallel to the
    BTF or under the BTF.
    The BTF would direct appropriate issues to this group, which would issue
    recommendations to the BTF and/or the VSG.
    This group could also initiate its own proposals and suggest to the BTF that
    certain issues seem to be under its scope.
