    I have submitted our amendments to the Model Operating Procedures for
    Wroking Groups to the DASC, and they have incorporated our changes
    into a file, and made a PDF with change bars, which I include herein.

    Team: please review this, and verify that it correctly implements our
    desired changes.

    As soon as I get a majority of the active members indicating their OK,
    then I will submit it to the DASC from approval.
