    Kurt moves, Stu seconds
    Discussion :
Steve: compiler directives make the parsing context sensitive, which
    goes against IEEE.
Dennis: May not be possible under current IEEE rules because new LRM
replaces old LRM, which may not be available
ALL: acknowledge the problem that needs to be solved. 287 only proposes
    a straw man solution.
Object: Dennis, Brad Steven Dovish, Abstain Tom, Karen(no response from
    Mac or Françoise), passes

    55, 61, 62, 357, 384, 385, 391

data types subgroup issue with bit and logic keywords
    Discussion:
    Unanimous agreement form sub group
Need to assure the user that adding keywords will not cause existing
    design to fail
Steve comments that 'bit' is used in 29% of designs he has access to.
    'bool' in none
Kurt moves to adopt logic and bit as reserved words for data types cliff
apposes, Alex abstains (no response from Mac or Françoise), passes.

Steve Dovich reports on the IP Encryption subgroup
    continuing on with action items

Kathy reports from the Data types subgroup
Focusing on C types first and primitive types.

Alec reports from the prioritization subgroup.
