    At this time I have counted 8 Yes votes for the proposal, not including me:

    I have counted 0 No votes, and 0 explicit Abstain votes.

    That is sufficient for a majority, even if all recent BTF participants
    were considered as voters. I will consider this proposal as passed, and
    send it to P1800.
