    White space is acceptable, now that the pragma_expressions are
    separated by commas rather than white space.

    The question of identifiers is interesting. I don't think this
    was discussed much. How about limiting to simple identifiers
    for now, and leaving extension to escaped identifiers to a
    future revision.
