    In response to this and other similar suggestions, I extended the note in
    the proposal to also recommend a "cfg" filename suffix for tools using
    suffixes to distinguish config files. I also extended it to recommend a
    filename of "lib.map" for tools that look for a particular filename for
    the pre-defined library map file instead of requiring it as a command
    line option.
