Previous minutes:

Review of minutes from 10/21/02 meeting.  Anders moves that we accept the
minutes with Shalom's comments.  Stefen seconds.  No opposed.  James 
abstains.  Passes.


Action Item updates:

(Pre 11/4/02) Cliff still to analyze issue 9 and 13. 

(Pre 11/4/02) Issue 28, new proposal from Cliff pending.

(Pre 11/4/02) Shalom to finish up number 15 (indentation).  He will mark up the 
	framemaker and do the indentation as the author proposed.  He sent 
	it out, but the bug tracking software transformed it into text.  
	Shalom is resending.  Issue 171 is a follow up to that action item.

(Pre 11/4/02) Shalom's action was to create a new issue for 125 B.  
	The new number is 172.

(Pre 11/4/02) Shalom has an action with 50 to look at it more thoroughly.  
	He sent some mail with additional info and a new proposal.

(11/4/02) Steven will proposing a wording to fix 172.

Issues:


Issue 171:  A) A paragraph is duplicated.  Shalom moves to delete the first 
	occurrence of the paragraph.  Anders seconds that.  No opposed.  
	Mac abstains.  Passes.

	B) Stefen proposes we do not make any changes for 171B.  Karen 
	seconds.  No opposed.  No abstain. Passes.

	C) Shalom Change fonts of words indicated into bold font.  James
	seconds.  No opposed.  No abstain.  Passes.

ETF Meeting pauses for VSG Meeting.

Issue 50:  Shalom proposed that we change one occurrence of "included file" 
	to "include file".  Mac seconds.  James opposes.  Steven abstains.
	Passes.

Issue 172:  Shalom proposed the following wording for 3.5: 

        "For a concatenation, an implicit declaration shall be assumed for 
	each undeclared identifier in the concatenation. An implicit 
	declaration shall not be assumed for a hierarchical identifier 
	(see 12.4), nor for an identifier with a range (vector)." 

	Steven will propose an alternative wording.
