(11/18/02) Gord and committee to return with a generate proposal for 113, 17. **The group is coming to a concensus. The will talk face-to-face with Steven this week. Hopefully, we can circulate a proposal by the end of the month. (2/20/03) Issue 116: We should do up-and-down apostrophe's not smart quotes in examples throughout the standard.
