Issues from the 2/17/03 vote: 169 Shalom found that even after the IEEE fixed the problem of the long dashes, there are a few places where they still don't appear. In those cases, the font is an issue. This proposal changes the font to allow the long dashes. The point for discussion is whether to make a global change of font or not. Shalom proposes being cautious and not making a global font change. Stu moves that we move all TimesNewRoman to Times. Stefen seconds. No opposed. Steven abstains.
