1) Those of us who requested bound copies of the complementary,
congradulatory copies of IEEE 1364-2001 have as yet not recieved
such a copy. A list of those whom I know have not received a copy

3) Producing Second Edition, Errata, and/or Corrigendum.
a) We officially request that the IEEE please continue to ship the
first edition PDF and first edition Book until such time as the
1364 working group has completed the errata process. Once the
WG has completed this errata, then please produce an offical
second edition, <PROMINENTLY LABLED!! on the cover of both the
BOOK and the PDF> and hence forth ship this second edition book,
second edition PDF to all new orders; and ship the errata that
takes the first edition to the second edition to those holders
of the first edition. If you run out of already printed First
Edition Books before we have completed the errata process,
please place future orders on Back Order.
b) Please place something on web page telling the world that there are
signifigant formatting and errors in the current version, and an
errata will be avialable soon.
