Section 19.2 (`default_nettype) uses the keyword 'none', but 'none' is not
listed in the list of keywords in Annex B.

Personally, I'd prefer to remove the 'none' keyword and add a
`no_default_nettype compiler directive, but that would be more than just an
erratum.
