    Precedence: bulk

To top it off, there is at least one difference between the 1ed which was
published by IEEE and the 1ed FrameMaker files I received.

The difference is that in the published version, "nonblocking" has a space in
it, whereas it is spelled without spaces in the Frame files I received.

Also, it appears to me that some of the formatting problems in the published
IEEE versions probably originate in the Frame-to-PDF conversion process, due to
missing fonts, or something like that.

I refer to problems such as missing dashes in unordered lists, missing
apostrophes, missing special characters to denote footnotes.

    Shalom
