Thanks for sending me your copy of 2ed.
I have done a preliminary check.
It seems that the only difference between it and the 2ed I sent is that
yours includes the preliminary pages,
table of contents, etc.
The body of the text seems to be the same.
Regarding errata/36, I have looked at this carefully.
It IS fixed correctly in both our 2ed's.
The "9.7.1" appears in a DIFFERENT place in 9.7.3, and is CORRECT.
As I reported, the resolution the VSG passed puts the correction in the
WRONG place in 9.7.3,
whereas Cliff's letter to IEEE in October 2001 and IEEE's correction are
in the RIGHT place.
