    Previous minutes:
    Review of minutes from 9/23/02 meeting. Correct spelling of McNamara. Shalom
    mentioned that Cliff¹s action item to look at issue 8 is redundant since it
    is passed by the VSG. Anders moved that the minutes be approved with the
    correction to McNamara, Stefen seconded, passed. Cliff abstained since he
    was not at the meeting.

    Action Item updates:
    * Shalom updated issue #12, not Cliff.
    * Issue 8 is passed by the VSG and can be closed.
    * Cliff still to analyze issue 9 and 13.
    * Shalom will file new issue (#149) similar to # 27.
    * Issue 28, new proposal from Cliff pending.
    * #31 completed by Dennis
    * #34 completed by Karen

    Issues

    * #36: VSG passed but the wrong error was corrected. Need correction both in
    the first paragraph and the 3rd bullet. Move from VSG passed list to ETF
    passed. Stefen moved that we update the issue, seconded by Anders, passed.
    * #24: passed by VSG. Add 2nd $ in PATHPULSE$ in example before 14.6.2
    should be bold. Shalom moved, Cliff second, passed. Move issue from VSG
    passed to ETF passed.
    * Shalom move that we remove all page number references in past and new
    issues since they are different in all the versions of the LRM. Second by
    Cliff, Charles abstain, passed.
    * #147: Issue received via snail mail. Stefen move that we accept the
    proposal from Brian McMinn. Cliff second, passed. Mike McNamara will respond
    to the letter.
    * #79: Issue related to #5. First bullet in 3.5. Change ³wire² to ³default
    net type². Steve Sharp propose, Anders second, passed.
    * #144: Change last paragraph to bullet. Incorrect fix in second edition,
    missing in first. Shalom propose, Stefen second, passed.
    * #125 Related to #144 and #5. Three parts A, B and C.
    > * A: Add reference to bullet added in issue 5. Shalom propose, Anders second,
    > Steve abstain, passed.
    > * C: Move reference to it¹s own paragraph. Shalom propose, Steve second,

    > * B: Shalom to break out as a separate issue.
    * #6: Related to #150, #17 and #113. Parameter redefinition. To be discussed

    * #15: Shalom to look at indentation of `define description. Remove double
    ³the², fixed in 2002b. Stefen propose, Anders second, passed.
    * #50: Change all include files to included files. Continue discussion at
    next call.
