    Discussed opening a PAR for Verilog-2004, for incorporating fixes that
    are larger than errata, and possible including enhancements.

    -> Include change bars in the next ballot document

    M Anders/Shalom: Propose that we apply for new 1364 PAR, goal is to
       clean up errata of 2001 and add functional enhancements, target
       June 2003. Passes unanimously

    M Charles/Shalom Proposes that we reconstitute the PTF.
       Ask Stuart Sutherland; Charles as alternate. Passes unanimously

    M Shalom/Stefen: move to remove pages numbers from errata pages as
       they differ in the various documents. Passes unanimously

    Stefen proposes the following apporvals of Errat Task Force Approved items:

    ETF Issue 15 VSG approved unanimously

    ETF Issue 36 VSG approved unanimously

    ETF Issue 51 VSG approved unanimously

    ETF Issue 79 VSG approved unanimously

    ETF Issue 125 VSG approved unanimously

    ETF Issue 144 VSG approved unanimously

    ETF Issue 147 VSG approved unanimously

    Shalom: Should I start implementing the fixes in the Frame? I plan to
       do this for no charge.

    Decision: Go ahead, as you see fit.
