open issues reports

    Hi.

    I had requested that the Open Issues reports include the Proposals,
    on the grounds that until an issue is passed, it is not yet closed.

    I have changed my mind.

    Now that there are so many proposals, almost 70, that is inconvenient.

    So, I want to request that the Open Issues reports now just include
    those
    whose states are Open or Analyzed.
