    Precedence: bulk

We have proposals for many of the errata, but we still have about 80
    (ptf and etf together)
without proposals. Naturally, most of these are the harder issues.

Since our time is limited, it is doubtful that we will succeed in
finding complete solutions to all the issues.
However, in many cases, we have identified or can identify partial
    solutions which improve the LRM
    relative to its current state.

Therefore, I want to propose that in those cases where we have
acceptable partial solutions. that we not wait
until we have something complete, but rather we accept what we already
have, and file the remaining parts
of the issues as follow-up issues.

    Shalom
