errata/256: red hyperlinked BNF?

    It was suggested to make the BNF in the LRM with hyperlinks
    between non-terminal defintions and their usages, and to
    make the terminals bold red instead of just bold, to make
    them more distinguishable.

    My suggestion is just to make the terminals bold red without
    the hyperlinks, and only in Annex A, not in the syntax boxes.

    I fear that anything more than that will be too much work
    and/or too little benefit.
