The missing semicolon was a typo. Update the proposal to:
include_statement ::=3D file_path_spec; | "file_path_spec";
This addresses part A. Part B is addressed by errata/99 and part D by
errata/135.
Part C: Absolute and relative paths are common terms. I am OK with =B3/=B2, wha=
t
is a more common name for the top directory or root?
Part E: errata/99 proposes a list of special keywords. Syntax 13-2 already
lists =ADincdir as one word (the =AD is bold as well).
