    Issue #182 should be discussed.

    It proposes a change which would allow the syntax @a.b for an event
    control. This syntax is similar to a change that was considered and
    abandoned to allow #a.b for delay controls when we dealt with issue
    #174 (now vsgpassed).

    However we handle #182, either both #a.b and @a.b should be allowed,
    or neither should be allowed.
