ETF issue to vote on closing 3/14/03

    Hi, all,

    I've collected another list of proposals for voting. Note that this is the
    second time we are iterating through the list, so the issues aren't quite
    as simple. If anyone has any objection to any of these, we will remove it
    from the list. Any issues that have not had any objections will pass at 6pm
    Pacific Standard Time on Friday 3/12/03. The list is:
